The best trips are the ones
we take together.

Travel2Gather is a mobile app for planning group trips. Coordinate destinations and activities, split expenses, share photos, and chat with your travel group — all in one place, so the journey matters as much as the destination.

Everything your group trip needs,
nothing it doesn't

Trip planning, for everyone

Travel2Gather is built around the trip. Create one, share a code with your crew, and start building the plan together — the calendar, the member roster, and the activities are all yours from the moment the trip exists.

  • Unlimited trips
  • Invite your group with a share code
  • Member roles for owners, planners, and travelers

Activities, built for the whole group

Plan each day together. Propose activities, vote on the maybes, and let the calendar settle the “what are we doing tomorrow?” question before it gets asked.

  • Day-by-day timeline with morning, afternoon, and evening labels
  • Propose, vote, and finalize together
  • See who's going to each activity at a glance

Group chat that stays on topic

Channels for your trip, not your life. Spin up a thread for food, logistics, or that ongoing debate about whether it's a hike or a walk — without burying your cousin's conspiracy theory ramblings in the same feed. Available on premium trips, where every member can read and post.

  • Planners spin up channels for food, logistics, or whatever the group needs
  • Mute individual channels, never the whole trip
  • Read access stays open even after the trip wraps

Split costs without doing math at midnight

Track who paid for what, split however you want — equal, exact, or by percentage — and let the app keep a running tally of who owes whom. Available on any premium trip.

  • Equal, exact, or percentage splits per expense
  • Live balance summary across the whole trip
  • See who owes whom at a glance

Flights and carpool, all in one place

Know who's landing when, who's stuck in row 38 of a Wednesday redeye, and who has room in their car. The travel logistics layer that group chats were never meant to handle — available on any premium trip.

  • Add flight numbers and times for every passenger
  • Carpool rides with seats, driver, and an estimated cost
  • Pin a ride to a specific activity

Shared albums, better than a Drive link

Albums live on premium trips and stay tied to the activity they happened on. Everyone in the trip can browse the archive — and with an active subscription, you can drop your camera roll right into it.

  • Open to every member of the trip for browsing
  • Subscribers can add new photos to any album
  • Albums attach to the activity they belong to

For the crew who won't download another app

Real talk: not everyone on the trip is going to install a new app. The retired in-laws, the cousin who's in for two nights, the friend who's allergic to push notifications — they all still need to be part of the plan. So we built two ways in that don't require an account.

  • Off-app placeholders for non-app travelers — split expenses with them, sign them up for activities, count them in the carpool
  • Read-only itinerary links you can text to anyone — the whole plan in a browser tab, no sign-in, no download
  • Promote a placeholder to a real member the moment they cave and download the app

Yes, your dad can still print it out at the hotel business center, three-hole-punch it, and slide it into a binder. We can't stop him. But the link updates when the plan changes — the laminated copy does not.

Free to plan.
Pay once per trip, or subscribe.

Planning is always free. To unlock the full coordination layer for a trip — chat, expenses, flights, photo albums — someone in the group either spends a one-time credit or has an active subscription. Both light up the same features for everyone on that trip. The difference is in what you get outside that one trip — and whether the trip stays premium forever or only while someone's still subscribed.

Always free

Plan together

Coordinate the trip itself, with the whole crew on board.

  • Unlimited free trips
  • Activities, day-by-day timeline, proposals & voting
  • Member roster & share codes
  • Off-app placeholders + read-only itinerary links
  • Browse any premium trip you're a member of
  • One free premium-trip credit at signup
Premium-trip credit

One trip, fully unlocked, forever

A one-time charge that flips a single trip to premium. No recurring billing.

  • Group chat channels
  • Expense tracking & splits
  • Flights & carpool coordination
  • Shopping & todo lists
  • Photo albums — open for the whole group to browse
  • In-trip games (Bingo, Make-It-So)

One charge, one trip, no expiry. Paid in full — the trip stays premium forever, even years later, even if no one in it is subscribed. This is the only path that locks a trip in permanently. Photo uploads still need an active subscription on the uploader.

Premium subscription

For the explorer who travels a lot

Recurring. Everything a credit gives, plus the perks that only make sense for repeat travelers.

  • Unlimited premium trips while subscribed — no credit needed for new ones
  • Upload photos to any premium trip you're a member of
  • Your photo albums stay live — for as long as your subscription is active
  • Solo games hub outside the trip context

Cancel anytime. The trips you upgraded with a credit stay premium forever — those are paid in full. But trips you upgraded simply because you were subscribed (no credit spent) will downgrade 30 days after your subscription ends, along with any photo albums you uploaded. Resubscribe within that window and nothing is lost — or spend a credit on a specific trip before then to keep it forever.

Find beauty in nature.
Find both, together.”
